Services

Scope one workflow before naming a platform.

Co-founders usually start with one repeated task. Each service below is a way to scope it. The boundary says what the first engagement leaves alone.

01

Repeated workflow automation

A script or a small job that moves a repeated task between the tools you already use: an inbox, a spreadsheet, a database, or an API.

Inside the scope

  • One trigger, one main path, and the branches that actually happen.
  • A place for rows that do not fit, with a named owner.
  • A short note on how to run it, how to tell that it ran, and how to stop it.

Boundary

A first workflow does not include a new internal platform, a redesign of every department, or a tool migration.

02

Pipelines and operational reporting

Scheduled extraction and a report a founder or operator can trust, with the source query and the filter written down.

Inside the scope

  • The queries, the schedule, and the definition of the number.
  • A check for a late file, a broken login, or a filter that changed.
  • Delivery into the sheet, database, or dashboard you already open.

Boundary

The engagement documents the number you asked for. It does not invent a company-wide metric program.

03

Integration and handoff

Connecting an existing product or internal tool to the systems around it, and checking that a field still means the same thing on the other side.

Inside the scope

  • Configuration, database scripting, and the mapping between systems.
  • A test pass on the happy path and on the rows that usually break.
  • A handoff your team can run without me sitting in the deploy.

Boundary

I integrate what you already operate. I do not resell another company's product as if it were mine.

04

AI on a defined workflow

When a message, PDF, or note has to become a row, a model drafts the fields and a person confirms anything ambiguous.

Inside the scope

  • A defined output: the fields, the queue, and what happens to a low-confidence draft.
  • A sample set, with confidential values removed, used to check the extraction.
  • A path that skips the model when the field is already structured.

Boundary

This is a workflow with a review step. It is not an autonomous employee, and it is not a chatbot with no queue behind it.

05

A written diagnostic

A working session that starts from the same questions as the opportunity finder, then looks at the actual systems.

Inside the scope

  • A restatement of one workflow in plain language.
  • A written scope, or a plain reason to leave the task manual.
  • The list of what I would need to see before a build.

Boundary

The finder on this site is the self-serve version of those questions. It does not audit your systems. A session does, and only for the workflow you bring.

How an engagement starts

  1. Step 1

    Describe one workflow

Use the form, the finder, or the phone. One task is enough. A catalogue of every process is not required.

  2. Step 2

    Get a direct reply

I reply with the fields I would need to see, or with a reason to leave the task manual.

  3. Step 3

    Agree a written scope

The scope names the workflow, the systems, the check, and what you keep. A number comes after that, not before.

  4. Step 4

    Build that scope

You receive the scripts, queries, and a short note on how to run the job and how to stop it.

I do not publish a rate card. The written scope comes before a number.

Questions

Can a co-founder hire you for a single operational task?

Yes. The usual start is one repeated workflow: a file that is retyped, a report built by hand, two systems that do not share a key, or messages and documents that should become rows. You do not need an operations team, and you do not need to catalogue every process.

Do you work with companies outside Pakistan?

Yes. The practice is remote. The phone number is a Pakistan number. Email and LinkedIn work from anywhere.

Who does the work?

You work with Saif A. Kayani directly. This is an independent practice in Pakistan. There is no team page because there is no team.

Do you publish client names or results?

No. This site does not list clients, testimonials, or case studies. The examples are patterns of work, so you can see the shape of a scope.

What do I keep at the end?

The scripts, queries, configuration notes, and the short runbook for the workflow in the scope.

Do you replace the tools we already use?

The work sits between tools you already operate. A new system of record is a different conversation, and it is outside a first workflow.
